Welcome to Qalam & Craft.

By accessing our online store or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions, subject to applicable laws.

1. About Our Store

Qalam & Craft is a Pakistan-based business operating from Gujranwala, Punjab.

We specialize in acrylic plaques, canvas paintings, personalized gifts, custom printing, and decorative products.

Our products may be offered with or without personalization.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product images, descriptions, dimensions, materials, and prices are accurate.

Actual product colors may vary slightly from images due to screen settings, lighting, and material characteristics. This does not exclude remedies for products that materially differ from their description or approved specifications.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders are subject to confirmation, product availability, and applicable payment requirements.

We may contact customers to verify order details, personalization instructions, design requirements, or delivery information.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer to discuss available options and any applicable refund.

4. Personalized Orders

Customers must provide accurate names, spellings, dates, photographs, and other information required for customization.

Where design approval is requested, customers should carefully review the design before providing final approval.

After final approval and the start of production, changes may be restricted and additional charges may apply.

Customer-requested remakes after dispatch may be offered at 50% of the original product price, with any additional delivery charges disclosed beforehand.

These charges do not apply to verified errors caused by Qalam & Craft or to remedies required by law.

5. Payments

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders.

Customized orders require a 10% advance payment before processing.

For non-customized Cash on Delivery orders, the applicable delivery charge must be paid in advance.

Any remaining payment must be completed according to the confirmed payment arrangement.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Order cancellation or modification requests may be submitted within 6 hours of order placement, provided production or printing has not already begun.

Personalized products are not normally eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection requirements.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Custom order preparation and dispatch normally take approximately 4–5 days after the relevant order requirements are completed.

Courier delivery is generally estimated at 3–4 days after dispatch.

8. Customer-Provided Content

Customers must ensure that photographs, logos, artwork, and other materials supplied for customization can lawfully be used for the requested order.

We may decline requests involving unlawful content or material that infringes applicable rights.

9. Product Care and Warranties

Customers should follow any care instructions supplied with their products.

Specific color or product warranties apply only where explicitly stated in the product listing or accompanying warranty terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes legal rights or remedies that cannot be restricted under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Privacy

Customer information is handled according to our published Privacy Policy.

Information required for order processing, personalization, customer support, payment verification, and delivery may be processed by the store and its relevant service providers.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan, without restricting any mandatory legal rights available to consumers.
